In order to progress and confirm the design, it is necessary to present design concepts and sketches to the client.

Technical CAD drawings and specifications for tender
When the look, design and layout is confirmed, we can prepare more detailed drawings and specifications for contractors.

Bespoke joinery and furniture design
Clients often like to have bespoke pieces made for their project. The advantage of this is that it will be a totally unique piece designed just for them and will fit exactly into the space and overall design scheme.

Budget schedule for client sign-off
A budget for all furniture, fittings and accessories is agreed with the client before going ahead with procurement.

Procurement of furniture, lighting and accessories
Orders are placed on the client’s behalf for all the agreed furniture and fittings. Close contact is kept with suppliers in order to avoid any delays to site.

Project management
Regular visits are made to site to make sure the project is going to plan and that the design remains true to original concept and issued drawings.

Final installation and styling
The fun bit. This is when the whole concept comes together. We oversee the delivery of all furniture and arrange all accessories and artwork.
